Pran bhand mudra will help you to feel active and energised. If you have chronic fatigue or immune disorders you may find just 10 minutes of holding the mudra each day makes a big difference. The mudra increases the life force, strengthens the immune system and activates the metabolism. Try it out and see how it makes you feel!

Instructions: You can do this mudra sitting, walking or even lying down. You may find taking a few deeper breaths to center yourself supports you in noticing what happens for you in the body. There is an active mudra which I find to be more powerful and a passive one. Try both out and see which works best for you.

Active mudra: Hold down the ring and little finger with the thumb pressing onto the nails. Extend the index and middle fingers straight. Play with how much pressure feels like it is giving the best effect for you.

Passive mudra: Press the tip of the thumb to the tips of the ring and little fingers, extend the other two fingers straight out.
