Mudra for prosperity

Mudras are powerful things to change your mood. This is a wonderful mudra if you are feeling tired and indecisive. You will feel awake and focused after just 3 minutes. If you don't you probably need a 20 minute cat nap!

Mudra: Bring your thumb, first and middle fingers to touch at the tip, curl the other two fingers into the palm. Relax them down on your knees or by your side if you are lying down.

Posture: Sit (or you can lie down) with a straight spine and shoulders relaxed back and down opening the chest. Bring the chin in towards the neck a little to lengthen the back of the neck and bring the crown of the head to point towards the ceiling. From this posture consciously let go of tension in the face and throughout the body so that you feel grounded and relaxed whilst being upright and open.  Sit on a cushion or a block if it is uncomfortable keeping the spine upright. Or if on a chair ensure the hips are higher than the knees.

Breath: Breathe consciously expanding the belly as you breathe in pulling gently in on the navel on the exhale. Let it be comfortable.

Time: 3 mins or more if you like!

Other comments: As you breathe lightly focus on the feeling of connection between the three fingers.
