Milarepa Meditation

 

To balance the nervous system, and remove anxiety and phobias.

Put your right hand, as if listening, next to your right ear, with the thumb on index finger, palm up. Left palm is against the navel. Breath through the mouth with the teeth on the tongue, long and deep. Eyes are closed, looking down at the chin from the inside.

Breathe and listen and notice what happens!
