Kundalini yoga is a powerful technology designed to heal, energise and elevate you. As well as physical exercises and postures, Kundalini yoga includes elements of breath work, meditation, chanting and deep relaxation.
If you have any specific physical issues please contact me before the class to discuss. As this is an online class, please ensure you get proper healthcare advice from your GP as to the suitability of yoga. During the class please take care of yourself and do not do any exercises that feel wrong for you.
You will need a mat, a block or cushion to sit on for the meditation, and a blanket to cover yourself during the relaxation.
