This month we will experience the Osho Kundalini Movement Meditation practice. A process designed to clear the body through movement bringing you into bliss!
Enter a lovely space of music, guided and free movement, stillness and silence, connecting and sharing. . With the eyes closed the body can feel how it wants to move with the music, creating shape motion and rhythm without the need to look any particular way. We move from shaking through to more creative movement, to stillness, to deep resting in silence and then a space to share ourselves, our experience or our story. We close the class with the heavenly prayer of light chant. And you are very welcome to stay for a cup of tea and a chat!
No need to be able to dance or be fit. Just bring yourself, a mat and blanket/shawl (I have a few spares), a water bottle and clothes you can move in.
