Stress is now the modern day epidemic. Our lifestyles, our values seem to lead not so much to happiness and fulfilment, but to stress leading to anxiety, overwhelm, exhaustion, sleep issues, mental health issues, obesity, immune disorders, gut problems and other chronic illnesses.

Kundalini Yoga is a powerful technology that can bring you back into balance, so you can feel healthier, happier and more connected to what is truly important for you. In this course we will specifically focus on stress-busting kriyas and meditations, to leave you feeling energised, clearer and with a spring in your step.
