This course is designed to help you feel stronger, more balanced, calm and SERENE. To feel steadier and more unflappable.

😊These classes are fun and friendly. Come just as you are, and bring a yoga mat and blanket if you have them.
Do stay after for an hour of deep sound bath with the gongs, or blissful mantras from 8-9pm.
