This Friday evening series of classes will be focused on boosting the immune system. Giving you more energy, vitality and a sense of wellbeing.
Kundalini yoga is a powerful technology .designed to heal, energise and elevate you through gently awakening the Kundalini energy locked at the base of the spine. Kundalini yoga includes postures, breath-work, meditation, chanting and deep relaxation. It's a unique and fun experience every time. If you practise regularly you will find it transforms you. Uplifting, revitalising and freeing, giving you a happy new sense of yourself and your potential.
Classes are suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced. You go at your own pace, working with how your body feels in each posture. As this is an online class I will need everyone to look after themselves and follow medical advice about the practice of yoga.
If you have any health issues please let me know prior to the class through the form when booking, and during the class be very gentle with yourself and skip any exercises that feel wrong. This class is not suitable during pregnancy.
