Be guided into a deep and gentle evening of Kundalini chants and meditations and a long healing gong bath. We will begin with a little gentle yoga and pranayama to release tension from the body and open up the lungs. Then connect with your voice and vibration through the meditative chanting and singing. Relax, let go and heal with the lovely vibration of the gong.
Stay for a cup of tea after class for a chance to share and connect!
Bring a mat, cushion/block and blanket/shawl (I have a few spares) a water bottle and clothes you can move in.
