Our thoughts and beliefs become a self-fulfilling prophecy. Learn how to break, revoke and clear beliefs that drive unhelpful patterns and habits. Learn how to create new empowering ones that support what is most important for you.
Fateh is an Arabic word meaning victory. This workshop uses Kundalini Yoga, meditation, healing gong and tools to identify, clear and create beliefs to bring victory to your life. So you can choose to create what you want for yourself and in the world.
The afternoon will consist of :
40 minutes of yoga warm ups and kriya
20 minutes gong healing and enquiry meditation
75 minutes of exercises to clear and create new beliefs with a 15 minute tea and snack break
30 minutes of meditations to work on the subconsciousBring a pen, paper and a bottle of water. Tea and snacks will be provided, please let me know of any dietary restrictions.
